Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order on the same day by contacting our customer care before it is shipped. If you cancel in time, we will refund the full amount back to your account. It may take up to 8-9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

If you wish to cancel your order at any point before it is dispatched from our warehouse, you can email us at mail@unqlife.com from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, and we will assist you with the process.

Note: The Company reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time, and may verify any order before shipping it by obtaining a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Returns / Refunds

If you have received a wrong, expired, damaged, or missing product, you can raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please raise a request using the contact details provided on our website or email at mail@unqlife.com.

After we receive your request, our representative will revert to you within 5 business days. After review and approval, we will send our courier partner to pick up the product(s). In case our reverse pick-up service is not available in your location, you will need to self-ship the product via a reliable courier partner.

Once we receive the product(s), we will verify them against your claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Replacement is subject to stock availability. Any service charge, delivery charge, or payment gateway charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment or authorised bank account.

Return / Replacement Conditions

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered (physical damage or tampered packaging)
  • Incomplete order – missing products

Return / Replacement Not Accepted If

  • Products are opened, used, or altered
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing
  • Request is generated after 5 days from the date of delivery

How Are Returns Processed?

We arrange for our courier partners to pick up the product within 5-7 business days after receiving your request. Once the product reaches our warehouse, our quality control team inspects it. If approved, we initiate the refund. You can return eligible products within 5 days of delivery.

In case of part returns, eligible products can also be returned within 5 days of delivery.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

For COD purchases, an additional handling fee of INR 30 plus shipping charges will be applied. We will confirm your order via phone before processing it. If we are unable to contact you within 5 days from the order date, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Cancelled or Returned Orders

If you paid online, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, bank details will be required to issue the refund.

Refund Timelines

For cancellations, refunds are processed within 7 business days. For returns, refunds are initiated after the product is received and verified at our warehouse, which may take up to 2 weeks after pickup.
